In recent years, the 4-3-3 formation is one of the most popular formations in soccer. Many great teams like Barcelona FC, Arsenal, and Real Madria are using this similar formation in their games.

Unlike tradition 4-4-2 or 4-2-4, this new 4-3-3 formation requires strong Defense-Midfender, which allows an aggressive movement up top with additional attackers.
